Soil stabilization

Soil stabilization by cement or lime is the way of soil adjustment where the stabilized soils acquire strength and resistance and their geotechnical qualities increase.

It is a technology used in construction of roads, parking areas, access communication, off-roads and by-roads, and halls and building of civil engineering. Application of this technology enables to reach a significant reduction of invested costs with preservation of the maximal life of the construction work.

Stabilization by lime reaches the soil deformation modulus Edef2 from 80MPa to 120 MPa. Application of cement reaches the soil deformation modulus Edef2 from 100MPa to 300Mps. The works are performed by rotary tiller RACO 250, rotary tiller Wirtgen, cement disperser Panien, cement disperser Volvo, Greder – Komatsu GD 650.
