Construction, reconstruction, repair and construction maintenance of communications

Aim of the project

Achievement of a significant improvement of a local communication condition using the method of financing from private sector funds under the strictly defined terms and conditions within a short period of time.

Execution

Based on the result of a tender in accordance with Act No. 25/2006 Code of Laws, construction and reconstruction of local communications is executed in the defined range. After accomplishment, the maker of the work takes over the communication with the purpose of construction maintenance for a defined period of time.

Conditions of payment

Financial costs for execution of works are paid by the order party in the form of regular payments according to the terms and conditions defined in the contract of work as far as the project lasts. After accomplishment of the project and payment of the work, the maker hands over the work back to the owner and provides the owner with the guarantee in compliance with the contract of work.

• construction of local communication needed for a planned development of a town, municipality, region, within a short period of time
• execution of important necessary reconstructions, partial reconstructions and repair of local communication within a short period of time – immediate initiation of construction works according to the contract regardless the town budget
• regularly planned charge of the budget of a town, municipality, VÚC (Self-administrative Regions) for 5 – 15 years, the maker arranges project financing
• elimination of financial risks connected with the price of works – the price agreed in the contract in accordance with the conditions of public trade competition and ordering documentation
• long-term responsibility of the maker for the performed work – within the duration of the project and after its accomplishment, it is in the interest of the maker to reach the highest quality of the performed work
• application of brand modern top processes and technologies without risks – responsibility for the work remains on the maker for a long period of time
• complex management of the construction is performed by the maker (coordination of works, technical provision etc)
• possibility of using the local construction capacity – stimulation of local work opportunities
• minimalization of overall period of construction which will reduce the impact of performed works on the inhabitants
