Eurovia

Company EUROVIA SK, former EUROVIA -Cesty, a.s. was established on the Slovak market on July 1st, 2005. It was created by the merger of companies Cestné stavby a.s. Košice and Slov-via a.s. Poprad. It links up to their rich experience and abilities dated back to the beginning of 60´s.

The former companies were established with the purpose of repairs and reconstruction of roads and bridges. Later they grew into the modern supply companies with professionally qualified human and machinery potential which execute construction, reconstruction and repair of road communication, bridges, regulation of water flows, ecological constructions, sewage, waterpiping, melioration, aggregate production and production of concrete products.

From their establishment in 1952 (Cestné stavby), 1998 (Slov-via), both companies participated actively in the building up the road network in the territory of Košice and Prešov region. They reconstructed and modernized cca 60% of state roads of the I., II. and III. category. They contributed to all important transport constructions in Eastern Slovakia.

In 1996 Cestné stavby a.s. Košice and in 1998 Slov-via a.s. Poprad joined the highway program as a contracting subsupplier and later on as a main supplier.

The works are performed by own modern technical equipment, technologies and materials. The company is independent in the production and delivery of crushed metallurgical aggregate which meets all standard technical and qualitative conditions according to assortments. EUROVIA SK is a producer of semi-products of asphalt  mixtures of all quality classes. Its machinery equipment enables to execute all kinds of work included in the line of business in a complex way, of a high quality and within a short time.
